Abstract
Level set-based topology optimization methods are propsed as new type topology optimization method The obtained optimal configuration are free from grayscales, which are intermediate domain between material and void domain This paper proposed topology optimization method for minimum volume problem with maximum stress constraint based on the level set method First, the concept of the level set based-topology optimization method are briefly discussed Next, the stress related problem is formulated using KS function Finally, three-dimensional example is provided to confer the validity of the proposed topology optimization method
