Abstract
Canned motor pump can treat various liquid. We have to design the control system in response to kinds of liquid at thrust magnetic bearing. Therefore, it takes much time for people who has little experience of designing control system, to design. In this study, we developed computer aided design of thrust magnetic bearing which hardly needed experience. At our developed CAD, identification method is Ljung's method and designing controller is coefficient diagram method. We apply our developed CAD to experimental setup, and test the effectiveness of it.
