Abstract
In this paper, we consider the vibration isolation system using an active damping control. In this system, if frequency of disturbance is known in advance, we can shape the frequency response of the feedback control system by using notch-filters in order to reduce the influence of the disturbance. However, specifying the parameters of the filters is difficult because the control performance changes cause of slight change of the parameters of the controller. In this paper, we show an example of a problem by using conventional design method and provide a method by H-infinity control based on the frequency shaping.
