204 A experimental research on non-contact active control system utilizing acoustic radiation pressure

Abstract

This study deals with a fundamental research on non-contact control of vibration by utilizing acoustic radiation pressure. A control method of acoustic radiation pressure by modulating oscillating current directly is presented. In this report, non-contact vibration control experiment using electro-mechanically controlled system is carried out. Experimental system to confirm the capability of the presented method is built. The capability of non-contact active vibration control method is shown.
