Abstract
Recently, many studies on vibration control using active suspension systems or semi-active suspension have been carried. Many studies analyze a one-car train model that assume velocity of vehicle is constant. In this paper, a five-car coupled train model that consider change of velocity of vehicle is considered. Random rail irregularity are generated artificially from a rail irregularity PSD. It is transformed to consider change of velocity of vehicle. In control design, H_∞ control is employed. Particularly, possibility of gain-scheduled H_∞ control that scheduling parameter is velocity of vehicle is examined.
