Abstract
A method of simulation of the bending vibrations of plates was presented already by the author. In the method, analytic solutions are used. The bare bones of this method is to satisfy approximately boundary conditions using the collocation method. The analytic solutions expressed in the plane polar coordinate system are used. The method shows a good efficiency and a good accuracy. However, we need more examples of examination in order to establish the reliability of this method. In this paper, the simulation and the experimental results about plates with partially clamped edges are shown.
