Abstract
Floor heavy impact sound caused by children's jumping is a serious problem because there is no effective device to reduce it. In an earlier study, a momentum exchanging damper was presented, and solid transmitting force was taken into account as transmitted force to slab. However in recent studies, it turned out that air transmitting force was not negligible. In this study, reduction of floor heavy impact sound by momentum exchanging damper considering the effect of Air-Spring was investigated theoretically and experimentally.
