2811 Analysis of Function of Project Management Documents on Interaction among PM Processes : Data flow analysis of Project Management Processes described by PMBOK

Abstract

In the fourth edition of PMBOK, the interaction between the processes is explained by using the data flowchart. We can visualize the network structure of the project management process from the data flowchart defined by PMBOK by using the graph theory. In this paper, we analyze the influence that they give to the interaction of the project management process by considering 'Project documentation' and 'Process outside factor' that are the items of the input and the output of the management process as nodes on the network.
