Abstract
Sound is invisible. Thus, it is difficult to find out the location of sound source and the distribution of sound. The visualization of sound would play a key role for the design investigation of mechanical structures if it were possible. The goal of this study is to visualize the distribution of sound pressure in the acoustic field. The authors propose to use Boundary Element Method for this aim with the measured sound pressure used as the boundary condition.
