Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop a vibrating tool utilizing self-synchronized phenomena in order to reduce the hand-transmitted vibration. In the present study, the validity of the coupled oscillators (Model 2) that was developed in our previous reports is investigated experimentally and analytically. The results confirmed that the vibration pattern which can realize utilization of vibration and vibration control at once is generated in Model 2. In addition, the coupled oscillators (Model 3) with consideration of rotational degree of freedom is newly developed and the availableness of the synchronized pattern generated in Model 3 is examined.
