Abstract
In this research, we use a chain model causing soliton in which many pendulums aligned in two lines without contact are magnetically coupled with each other. The discrete nonlinear schrodinger equations derived from the equation of motion show that an envelope soliton and a dark soliton occur, depending on the parameters such as the wave number and the distance of pendulums. The above theoretical results of the propagating waveform and the range of causing an envelope soliton wave were confirmed numerically.
