Abstract
This study measured the characteristics of exert muscle strength using a new made playground equipment and assessed the pleasure on the proposed new game for elderly. From EMG analysis, it was appeared that the tibialis anterior and rectus femoris of lower limb was used mainly during the new game, and the exerted muscle strength was approximate value at the movement of human gait. The subjective evaluation of the pleasure of the proposed new game was high scores in elderly. Therefore, it was proved that the new playground equipment and its game have remarkable effect on the lower limb exercise in elderly with pleasure and safety.
