Abstract
Elastic viscostic materials with fourteen kinds of hardness and stickiness were processed by mixing soft flour and hard flour with water, and comparison experiment between sensory evaluation by human perception and mechanical measurement was performed using the materials as analogy of excrement. It was found that human perceived hardness and stickiness of the material by maximum standardized value. Moreover, in case that the hardness of the elastic viscostic material was low, human's detection was superior to mechanical measurement.
