Abstract
This paper deals with a non-contact transportation system using an ultrasound wave levitation phenomenon. It is the purpose of this paper to observe the power flow pattern on an infinite plate. To create the condition that a standing wave isn't driven, an infinite plate is introduced and the power flow is analyzed. Then, the validity of the analytical infinite plate model is discussed and verified with respect to an input energy and an analytical time history of displacement distribution. Analytical time averaged energy distribution is calculated and shown.
