Dramatic progress of computer technology enables us to introduce accurate control system to practical design of structure cheaper and easier.In such situation the way thinking control system as a part of structure may bring a chance to design innovative structual system. And such structual system should be highly efficient. In this paper we consider sinple two dimensional truss structure and linear actuator to design new structure system. As objective function for optimization we take total mass and displacement of load points and total displasement of structure. We use two optimization methods togeter to optimize the structure here. First one is genetic argoritm and second method SQP. As a result we could find out some good structual system. We succeed to design structures lighter weights and smaller displacements. This means we can have a big potential to have innovative truss structual design.
