Abstract
InterRobot is the speech-driven embodied interaction robot with both functions of speaker and listener. By using InterRobots, this paper develops a speech-driven embodied group communication system in which 4 InteerRobots are entrained one another as one speaker and three listeners for supporting human interaction and communication by generating expressive actions and motions coherently related to speech input. The interaction analysis demonstrates the effectiveness of the system. The same system is exhibited in National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation where visitors come across with dynamic experience of embodied communication.
