A various of industrial technologies and skills have flown to industries of many Asians countries from Japan. In Japan, these phenomena have been continued. To break these situations, new improved processes in industries should be considered. When industrial parts are ordered to produce to supply from makers, he not only manufacture productions according to an order table, but also should design and supply produces added to improved characteristics. In this paper, a new developmental process called "A Smart Compact Laboratory" proposes based on these considerations, in which analyzed lead to design at the initial design stage, and through out manufacturing system. The new design process applies a king ping part in designing and making prototype mode of solar car in our laboratory shown as example. As a result, additional development process and a smart compact laboratory system would help Japanese manufacture.
