In this paper, the authors propose a constructing method of FEA modeling knowledge classes based on the design pattern style, for applying the knowledge classes to the training support system. By using the design pattern technology, the prototype support system and its training knowledge can be arranged and classified in several patterns as a framework for training support system. The prototype system has been developed with WEB database. As the scenario of training subject, the strength of beam material was picked up here. For analyzing the stress or deformation of a beam structure that has a notched part, the instruction scenario divided in several stages has been implemented in our proposed system.
