Abstract
In the case of the manufacture maker in supply chain structure, a competitor will say that it does not remain in domestic but he exists all over the world. Whether a manufacture maker can win a competitor depend on how a good product can be early made from low cost. Then, the technique of making a product efficiently is considered paying attention to cost. In order to realize these, it is thought by narrowing down the number of part kinds to manufacture by communization that a cost cut is realizable. Then, in this paper, the number of part kinds is changed into the optimal state by communization, and it aims at finding the technique of looking for the state of becoming low cost and high interest profit.
