Abstract
We analyzed the plan factors of the irrigation pipeline, developed the software which decide the degree of preference of the plan factors and the optimum route plan. The decision degree of the preference was obtained by caliculating the coupling coefficient of the artificial neural network. The decision of the optimum route was carried out by the analytical hierarchy process.
