Abstract
If a program of complicated technology calculation which requires labor and time can be used from all over the world on a WWW browser, huge time and labor which develop the program separately can be saved. In this research, the system which can use for university education the difficult technology calculation program solved by a specialist or a project before as an advanced e-Learning on a WWW browser was proposed using WEB service technology On a WWW browser, if everyone can use always from anywhere, it is very effective as not only undergraduate student education but graduate student education, or education in a company.
