Abstract
Program management aims to support a management for a large and complex project. We have already proposed a framework for supporting this management process by reviewing a program from three different aspects (i.e., process planning, related information, and stake holder networks). However, this system only supports to represent and review a program by using manually inputted information. In this paper, I proposed a system that extract stakeholders information from a text to support constructing stake holder network. In this system, we categorize stakeholders in two types. One is collaborator and the other is opponent. For extracting these two types of stakeholders, we collected typical expression for describing them and made pattern match rule for extraction. For evaluating our methodology, we implemented the prototype system that uses Japanese newspaper articles as a resource for extraction.
