Abstract
This paper poses a question: If design with more user involvement will come in and the functions of systems grow with time during their life cycles, would the present framework of Japanese laws be applicable? The current framework of Japanese laws is based upon the civic law, or the written law. But technology evolves with time. Then, how would laws adapt to such changes? The present framework of law is more deductive than inductive. But if such changes in design will come into reality, would it not be true that inductive framework be more effective?
