Abstract
While the design by the 20th century lived people's life rich, it also produced many negative legacies. In order to solve these problems produced by subdivision of a design, the new theory for the integration of each subdivided design is required. In the present study, based on the Multispace Design Model as one of design theory, a framework of design reasoning that describes three design acts of analysis, generation, and evaluation as induction, abduction, and deduction is proposed. Moreover, it is pointed out the importance of generation or evaluation based on analysis.
