Abstract
As a hierarchical function structure model of a service, a view model has been proposed in Service Engineering. However, designers are apt to omit to describe necessary information when they construct a view model. Therefore, to prevent designers from omitting to describe important functions, it is necessary to enable to construct a view model from the viewpoint of service delivery processes. In this paper, the authors propose a method that extracts functions in a service from service delivery processes referring to function taxonomy. By using this proposed method, the consistency of a service is secured in service designs.
