Abstract
It is becoming more important for service providers to consider their customers as not only consumers but co-producers. In this paper, the function-attribute service model that authors have proposed is extended by introducing the concept of customer characteristics as co-producer. As a result, functions by customers, functions by provider, and their interactions are represented in the extended framework.
