Abstract
Recently, global competition and serious economic forces product companies to develop more competitive and more complex product in a brief time. For the fact, carrying out the project for product development becomes difficult. There are some challenges for the problem, but most of them are based on the assumption which As-Is model are described already. This paper tries to assist the project management through the description of the As-Is project model.
