It is common approach that product development organization defines its standard process. Although the organizational standard process works well for a project with a small number of new contents to a certain degree, it doesn't properly support a project tailored process which is required for a project with a great number of new contents. To solve the issue, This paper proposes an advanced product management framework, an integrated product and process modeling approach by utilizing Design Structure Matrix related methodologies.
