Recently, economic conditions and the structure of industry have been changing dramatically. To cope with this condition, service engineering is proposed. In service engineering, we have already proposed some methods for supporting to design services with the aim of deriving creative ideas based on the similarity among existing service cases. However, there are no methods for supporting a process of designing target service's functions directly. In this paper, we propose the methods for supporting to derive service functions with the aim of fulfilling customer requirements.
