Abstract
The variability of service quality caused by the uncertainties which is involved service components and events. In order to realize services with stable quality, it is important to extract the uncertainties of service components and events and then, clarify and reduce the factors of variability. In this paper, we propose a worksheet for supporting the extraction uncertainty elements and a procedure for analyzing the uncertainty based on a worksheet and service models which express the service realization structure and delivery process.
