Product-Service Systems (PSS), systems which forces on generating higher value by integrating physical products and services have been attracting much attention in manufacturing. To design PSS for high value-added, it is important to evaluate customer and provider value using simulation and fussy reasoning. However, it is difficult to evaluate customer value properly by existing quantitative simulation because there is a lot of uncertainty such as customer emotion in the PSS receiving. As a way to explain uncertainty patterns and behavior, qualitative simulation method is effective. Therefore, we propose a method to build a qualitative simulation model with fuzzy information.
