Recently designing flexible supply chain is important issue because of change in supply chain risk, progress of digital technologies and request for sustainable developments. In this paper, we focus on constructing supply chain we can change its performance flexibly while we consider change propagations. First, we propose modeling method for supply chain using Object-Process Methodology. Then, we set the attribute for each component in supply chain and describe relations between a component and performance. Based on those relation, we reveal trade-off between performance. Finally, we suggest the component in supply chain that most solve trade-off.
