The Industrial Society produced current Industrial Society. Yesterday, we worked for ourselves to make our dreams come true. This is true Engineering. But the Industrial Society focused on product, paying little atention to humans. It introduced Division of Labor, so we started to work for others. This is an external reward society, so we cannot secure the maximum happiness and feeling of achievement. The current Industrial Society is getting close to its end, so we need to develop the next society. In this paper, it is emphasized that we need to work for ourselves and achieve self-actualization to satisfy our human needs and make our life happy and Mechanical Engineering can serve a great deal to establish such a human-centered society.
