This study proposes a method to develop an “Engineering Navigation System (ENS),” which navigates engineers' activities based on the Digital Triplet (D3) approach. The method converts skilled engineers' Engineering Processes(EP), modeled using the D3 framework, into ENS that supports beginners. The proposed method first identifies individual engineering activity and there sequences from the EP model and identifies various digital tools to be used within ENS by executing an EP analysis. Subsequently, the specifications of the identified digital tools are determined, and the tools are implemented and integrated into the ENS. Based on this proposed method, an ENS was developed to provide Kaizen support for assembly lines, effectively confirming the usefulness of this approach.
