This paper describes a morphogenetic model framework designed to enhance the novelty and diversity of shapes. The model achieves this by controlling surface elements of shapes to create a wide variety of forms. The framework includes a morphological element model that encompasses various geometrical elements, along with their control methods. Additionally, local and global rules are incorporated to facilitate morphological generation, employing both the morphological element model and the concept of emergence. As an application example of the model, we demonstrate its use in generating morphology through triangular mesh control.
