Vibration and noise reduction are important technology both industrially and environmentally to realize comfort industrial products with safe structures. In this paper, we carry out for numerical simulation of damped vibration for structures having a porous layer sandwiched by double walls. The cover plate in double walls has two Krylov type acoustic black holes. All edges around the walls, have free boundaries. Damping materials are on the surface of the black holes. Numerical analysis is performed to clarify changes of vibration transmission from the base plate to the cover plate due to the multiple acoustic black hole using FEM and MSKE method proposed by Yamaguchi et al.
