Abstract
In this report, the method of using simulation tool in energy management of buildings is proposed. The energy consumed in the office building and the efficiency of the air-conditioning is evaluated by using the simulation tool and the BEMS data. As a result, it is shown that the simulation tool was effective as the criterion of managing energy in the building.
