For study the relationship between the behavior of the bubble and the particle removal efficiency, we use the laser light. The scattering from the bubble used by the laser light could change by the wave mode, FM mode and burst mode, of the ultrasonic. The cleaning efficiency was decreased in the place where the bubble stabilized. Increase of the flow late and change of the wave mode is related with cleaning the particle.
