Two-dimensional turbulent jet is the standard flow field for hydrodynamics, and important for industrial field. However the researches with computational analysis are little. One of the reasons, the boundary conditions that express complex inflow and outflow accurately are not established yet. Therefore we investigate the boundary conditions for two-dimensional turbulent jet by direct numerical simulation. We use Traction Free Boundary Condition (TFBC) for the lateral boundary. Then we use Sommerfeld Radiation Condition (SRC) for the outflow boundary. And we use modified SRC to prevent inflow from the boundary outside. In addition, we add viscous term to SRC and modified SRC. As a result, TFBC expresses entrainment adequately. And modified SRC shows suitable result qualitatively and quantitatively. We cannot confirm the influence by adding viscous term.
