細胞治療のための電場誘起流動を用いた遺伝子導入の高効率化

Improvement of gene transfer technology is important to develop a new cell therapy for cancer treatment. The cell surgery technology for gene transfer is developing for several years. We are developing new cell surgery technology for cell therapy. This technology is consisted with three techniques; cell manipulation, gene transfection and cell assessment. These techniques have not been established yet. In this study, the cell surgery device using electrokinetics under a local electric field around a sharp electrode was proposed and confirmed experimentally. Particularly, improvements of gene transfer with AC electro osmotic flow were investigated.
