Birefringent coating method can cover the elastic-plastic behavior of metals with the adhered elastic high-polymer. The merit of this method is that we can observe elastic-plastic boundaries by the isochromatic lines. The finite element method is also the most effective numerical method. In this paper, we study the numerical simulation by the element to testify the reinforced effect and three-dimensional effect using the three dimensional element model.
