In consideration and decision of reasonable accommodation, closely cooperating with not only medical welfare institution but also labor organization is required. Therefore, the method for sharing information beyond institutions is an important issue. The system standardizes the support process including the provision of reasonable accommodation for students' request in each institution using ICF-CY(International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Children and Youth version). Then, the system filing this series of support process including peer assessment. By visualizing this electronic data as necessary, the system clarify the relationship between the students' request and the correspond for reasonable accommodation. As a result, the system supports information Sharing among multiple organizations related to reasonable accommodation.
