抄録
This paper is concerned with the hysteresis compensation based on an inverse Preisach model. The inverse Preisach model uses the inverse function constructed from the function of Preisach model. Using this method, we can compensate hysteresis of GMM and calculating speed can be fast. We confirmed the effectiveness of this method by simulations and experiments.
