The performance of a horizontal axis wind turbine (HAWT) greatly depends on the performance of its airfoil sections of the rotor blade. This study is an experiment (using wind tunnel) to improve airfoil performance by boundary layer control with Vortex Generators. The experiments were performed in the range of Reynolds number from (10)^5 to 4×(10)^5 and attack angle from 0°to 24°.
