Abstract
Now, step on the road surface is shifting to a slope with barrier-free on a city, and the moving area of a wheelchair is also expanding. The inclination of a wheelchair given the slope of road surfaces, however, may give user an uneasy feeling and a feeling of fear. Moreover, vibration given to a wheelchair by the unevenness of a road surface may give user displeasure. Then, in this research, it aims to control the seat to suppress the inclination and vibration. Two-prototype mechanism are proposed and tested to clarify their effectiveness.
