We observed the time course of the activity of the brain while the participant was doing visual tracking of fluctuating light spots. It was made possible to estimate the psychiatric state of human through the measurment of concentration change of oxygenated and deoxygenated hemoglobin by the use of optical topography (OT). We found, among other things, the inhibition of the activity of a region by adding secondary, motor task.
