Abstract
Taste Sensor gives the impact to show the absolute components of taste. Meanwhile, The analysis on quantification how human individuals sense the taste. The reactive site on cortex for gustatory stimulation was specified on the inferior frontal gylus on Insula for Macaca fascicularis(invasive) by Scott et al., and human being(fMRi) Kami et al. The first study suggests the gustatory reactivity, however, still contains the somatosensory effect. This study reports the gustatory Reactive Effect using EEG and the specified frequency excitation at right temporal part, T8, P8 and inhibitory reaction on left temporal part, T7, P7.
