This paper describes fabrication method and heat resistance of C/C-HfC-SiC composites. This material purpose applying in the engine combustor of reusable spacecraft and supersonic aircraft. This study is using C/C composite in substrate. C/C composite has high in open porosity. Therefore, we fill carbon by the phenol resin impregnation and carbonization. C/C-HfC-SiC Composites is produced by melt impregnation of HfSi_2. The result shows that open porosity is decrease and strength is increase by fill carbon. Result of arc heating wind tunnel test, heat resistance and oxidation resistance is improved.
