In International trade, the internationalization of standards has been expanded by WTO/TBT agreement. International standards of combustion safety control are mainly provided to prevent explosion. These standards are the same as in USA or Europe. The influence of breakage of every manufactured electrical part is considered. These are idea of fail-safe. In international standards IEC60730-2-5 / JIS C 9730-2-5 (Automatic electrical controls for household and similar use - Part 2-5: Particular requirements for automatic electrical burner control systems) is combustion safety control standards and referenced to residential and commercial combustion equipments. Establishment of combustion safety control is to use these standards and these idea. For some actions by small groups in facility under the top and end-user, this risk assessment tool is produced to contribute to safety establishments.
