抄録
As a special fire HRA guideline, NUREG-1921 has put out a method and associated guidance for conducting a fire HRA. The paper is mainly focused on the method of assessing the post-fire human actions. Based on the learning, understanding, absorbing and improving of NUREG-1921, and combined with project practical experience, this paper has made some optimization and improvement on the existing guideline and provided a general method process to instruct how to analyze the post-fire human failure event, which is more integrity and satisfied with the application of practical engineering project. The paper firstly described the basic information of fire HRA, and mainly discussed the general method process of post-fire HRA qualitatively and quantitatively, as well as providing an engineering example to explain how to assess the post-fire human failure events, which has a great significant for evaluating the post-fire human actions in practical engineering.
